The new city planning aims to provide individuals with a well-balanced life with its parks, schools, universities, hospitals, commercial and retail areas. The City is planned to accommodate more than 3 million people by 2030.

- Assisting the Consultant in reviewing facade elements and relevant structural integrity.
- Suppliers’ Structural Calculations review based on the design, loading criteria, and Wind Tunnel test report
- Material selection and connections between different types of materials.
- Fixation anchorage calculations and selection
- Deflections and allowable movements
- Review Facade interfaces
- Assessing the Glass post-failure behavior and necessary measures to increase safety
- Material submittal review (Curtain walls, Cladding, or any other facade related elements)
- Shop drawings review
- Thermal analysis
- Building Maintenance and access
