Creek Edge Emaar project is a residential-commercial complex located at Dubai Creek Harbour.
ARKS role was to review both facade and facade access packages and to provide value engineering reports for those particular scopes. In addition, it was our task to develop an economic alternative for facade access units to replace custom-made BMUs with telescopic jibs with regular trolley units that achieves the same performance. The development required developing the roof louvers panels to become operable at points of BMU operation.
