RECREATIONAL CENTER CARDSTON, ALBERTA CANADA
The Rec Center is definitely designed to impress and judging by the reactions of visitors, it manages to do just that. Our design made sure to provide easy access to handicapped visitors all while maintaining a regal and majestic feel. Our scope also included Facade design and engineering services. The weather conditions in Alberta were a real challenge for our facade engineers to deliver a high performance yet sustainable design.
BRITISH COLUMBIA RECREATIONAL CENTER CANADA
Again a recreational center in Canada designed with a modern, clean look that is both practical and inspirational. BC Recreational Center offers a unique and enjoyable experience suited to every visitor, no matter their age. ARKS was inspired by the region’s architecture and natural environment and our team decided to base the design of the project on those elements.

PAVILION FACADE CONSULTANCY
Clean and fresh air taken through the bottom opening, in a Double Skin Facade, into the cavity between two skins rises as it warms, then it is exhausted through openings at the top of facade cavity. Catwalks which do not disturb the air movement throughout the cavity are planned for cleaning and maintenance purposes.

Facade design aiming to achieve high thermal performance to control energy consumption and lower running cost. Thermal analysis of facade components played a key role to select the most cost efficient approach in facade systems selection and wall assembly design.
